Fenland Heating Services were appointed to deliver the complete plumbing and heating installation, including the design, installation and commissioning of a bespoke heating and hot water solution tailored to the requirements of this substantial property. A combined heating system was installed, providing an efficient and reliable solution for both space heating and domestic hot water. The system was carefully designed and sized to meet the demands of the extensive accommodation, ensuring consistent performance and comfort throughout the home.

Underfloor heating was installed throughout the ground floor of the property, providing an even and comfortable distribution of heat across the substantial living areas. The system was carefully zoned to allow individual areas of the property to be controlled independently, providing flexibility and efficient operation.

Complementing the underfloor heating, traditional-style roll-top radiators were installed in selected areas of the property. These provide effective space heating while adding an elegant feature that works particularly well with the home's Georgian-inspired architectural style.

The bathrooms, en-suites and kitchen were finished to an ultra-high specification, with premium bathroom furniture, bespoke vanity units, high-quality brassware and luxury sanitaryware incorporated throughout. Concealed plumbing and valves were used wherever appropriate to maintain clean architectural lines, while carefully selected outlets and fittings provided the luxurious finish expected within a property of this calibre.
