Pott Row

Russell Court is a high-quality residential development comprising 18 new homes in Pott Row, Norfolk.

A comprehensive plumbing and heating design was developed for the scheme, with each property receiving carefully specified systems to provide efficient, reliable heating and domestic hot water. Mitsubishi air source heat pump technology was selected as the primary heating and hot water solution, providing a lower-carbon alternative while supporting the energy performance objectives of the development. Underfloor heating was installed throughout the ground floors, providing an even and comfortable distribution of heat while making effective use of the low-temperature operation of the air source heat pumps. The system was designed to maximise efficiency and maintain a comfortable internal environment across the main living areas.

At first-floor level, energy-efficient aluminium radiators were installed to provide responsive and effective space heating. Heated towel rails were also incorporated within the bathrooms and en-suites, adding an element of comfort and practicality to the finished installations.

The bathrooms and en-suites were completed to a high-end specification, incorporating contemporary bathroom furniture, vanity units, concealed valves and luxury-effect outlets. The carefully selected fixtures and fittings complemented the overall design of the homes, creating a refined and premium finish while retaining functionality and ease of use.

As part of the development, four properties were retained for Housing Association residents, supporting the local need for high-quality, sustainable housing. These homes were designed and delivered with the same focus on quality, energy efficiency and long term functionality, providing well-equipped housing stock for local residents.
